News Update 24 December 2016

We have a varied programme of films for you to enjoy between Christmas and New Year. The one title not listed in our update is The Bolshoi Ballet, which has now sold out. Patrons sometimes ask about the availability of returned tickets in such cases. With this in mind, we are piloting a new service to notify people of returned tickets. Patrons will need to let us know their requirements for possible returns via email. More details here. And of course if you cannot make a screening, do let us know. Tram derailment – Council arrangements postpone screenings

Following the tram incident near Sandilands on the morning of Wednesday 09 November, the Council have informed us that they need to use the Braithwaite Hall and the David Lean Cinema premises as temporary accomodation/meeting rooms for friends and family involved in the incident. The two screenings of “Ingrid Bergman, In Her Own Words” has therefore had to be postponed until 30 November. Tickets for both screenings on 10 November will be valid for the appropriate screening on 30 November. Requests for refunds or other issues should be sent via the Contact Form on this website unless you have had previous communication via phone or email with us and the matter is already in hand.
