I understand and acknowledge that participation in the film location walking tour organised by the David Lean Cinema CIC involves certain risks and hazards. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the tour, including, but not limited to, risks related to walking outdoors, exposure to weather conditions, and potential hazards along the tour route.
I understand that David Lean Cinema and its affiliates, do not provide health and safety support or supervision during the tour. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to make informed decisions regarding my participation in the tour and to exercise personal responsibility for my own safety.
By purchasing the ticket I am signing this waiver, and agree to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide(s) and to cooperate with them in ensuring a safe and enjoyable tour experience for all participants. I understand that failure to follow safety guidelines and instructions may result in my removal from the tour without refund.
I further acknowledge that I understand that this tour is not suitable for any person 17 years and under.
I have read and understand the safety guidelines and instructions provided for participation in the guided walking tour organised by David Lean Cinema. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in the tour and release David Lean Cinema, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may arise from my participation in the tour.
