Where were you in ‘62? A group of recent high school graduates cruise around their local town to the sound of classic rock and roll before they face adult life. George Lucas made this money-spinning hit before Star Wars, with a host of future Hollywood stars. The film eventually made over $200 million in box-office and video sales, and was one of the first films to feature a soundtrack exclusively made up of rock’n’roll tracks.
