Nearly one in two people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lives. In this thought-provoking documentary, the director uses his own cancer treatment and the experiences of others to question why the health service still finds it difficult to identify cancer until it has reached an advanced stage. Although this is a grim subject, Wilkinson treats it with humour and tries to offer hope for the future. The film is part of part of Maggie’s 30th Anniversary Celebrations.
