Here is information on setting up your email on your devices; phones, tablets and PCs. If you are happy using a web based email system then just use a browser and go to here.
For setting up your mail account on an iPhone go to here. Ignore the sentence that says “Create 1&1 Mail Basic Account” – you already have one.
For setting up your mail account on a tablet including an iPad go to here. Some models of iDevices are different so try here.
For setting up your mail account on an Android phone, go to here. Ignore the sentence that says “Create 1&1 Mail Basic Account” – you already have one.
If you’ve got Windows 8.1 or 10, you can use the “Mail” application built into Windows. Go to here for the settings to use and go through the process for new account in the Mail application. Use IMAP – ignore everything about POP3.
